Project Overview
We are proud to announce our role in the recent construction of a Queensland Head Office, a state-of-the-art project encompassing two meticulously designed office levels and a spacious warehouse area. This project required precision and high standards, and the Gripple products played a pivotal role in meeting these demands.
One of the primary challenges was accommodating the wide range of lighting heights within the spaces, which Gripple fixings could accomodate. With diverse lengths and orientations of lights throughout the void areas, our team relied on Gripple’s innovative solutions to ensure seamless integration, ease and precision.
A highlight of the project was the installation of over 4,000 meters of tray and cable basket. By implementing the Gripple products, we achieved a 50% reduction in labor time compared to traditional hanging methods. This efficiency not only accelerated the project’s timeline but also brought significant cost savings – all while upholding rigorous standards of quality and detail.
Utilising a range of Gripple products, including Fast Trak, Y-Fit, Express Hangers, Standard Hangers (with loop ends, barrel ends, snap hooks, ring anchors, top hat barrels), and Angel Hangers. Additionally, Gripple and custom Rikta seismic installations were integrated to elevate both the safety and aesthetic appeal of the setup. These advanced products streamlined the installation process, delivering a polished finish that enhances the workspace.
The results were met with enthusiastic feedback from fellow subcontractors, who noted the speed and precision of the tray and lighting installation. This positive reception reflects the effectiveness of Gripple’s products and has inspired others on-site to adopt these solutions, reinforcing Gripple’s reputation as an industry leader in efficient, high-quality installations.
