Supplied in ready-to-use kits, the products in this range require no on-site cutting and eliminate the need for fabricating pipe bracket assemblies, offering enormous health and safety benefits for your project.
‘Insulated panel roof and walls can be suspended using several different methods. The most common solution across Australia is the use of wire rope suspension systems. Fully rated and quick to install these solutions are tried and tested in hundreds of installations across the country.
Gripple can supply a number of IPCA certified systems ideally suited to cold storage roof panel suspension. Designed to reduce labour requirements during installation, wire rope suspensions provide a cost effective, readily available solution.
Coldroom Installation Projects
Standard hangers have been used on countless installations across the country offering simple adjustment to perfectly balance all panels. Lockable hangers provide the added feature of locking the wedges in place preventing further adjustment. Both provide high load ratings of up 325kg per hanger with a 5:1 safety factor.
A choice of end fixings are available to secure the wire rope to beams or ceilings depending on the specific requirements.
